Description	Base Bid: Convert a former church to an educational center for troubled teens. Improvements will be made to the site, interior finishes, new doors, new HVAC system to provide outdoor air, provide an updated ADA restroom layout, update the kitchen, new electrical services and new interior and exterior LED lighting throughout. Provide new site lighting, new parking lot paint striping, new basketball court, new storage garage, and new wood fence around site. Bid Alt #1: Replace existing windows with new fiberglass casement windows and interior trim.
